While your waiting for approval  and access authorization to our site you can submit your material to our Artist Preview Group or APG for short. This is an independent volunteer panel of area and national music professionals.  By submitting music to the APG you volunteer your contact information and authorize the individual or party representing a specific company to contact you with their offers and/or counter offers.  They may give you advice or counsel or offer their services to you. For security reasons if you are under 18 years of age you cannot use this method of submission.  The Owner of Eccentric Musician Company will contact you and your legal guardian directly.
